What You Should Do

Here are a few tips before, during, and after your hike:

  • Hydrate and Eat Something before you get started.
  • Tell someone so you don’t return, so they will know to begin looking for you.
  • Hike with a partner in case you get hurt.
  • Check the weather so that you know what to expect.
  • LNT-Leave No Trace. Leave only footprints. Take only memories.
  • Bring a change of clothes so you don’t have to ride home stinking.
